If you are a customer buying credits in a pub, the terms that apply to you are the Terms of Sale, and they are shown and agreed at the point of payment as well as here. How we handle your personal information is in the privacy notice, which covers the whole of jukeloop.fm.
These terms
These terms cover use of the jukeloop.fm marketing site. Venue agreements are a separate document, and so are the Terms of Sale, which cover buying credits and requesting songs.
Commercial terms shown on this site
The revenue share, payment timing and notice periods described on the home page are the terms we contract on. The earnings calculator is an illustration worked from those terms and is not a forecast.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change the content of these pages.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment provider.
